Lead time depends on the model and finish. Some are held in stock for quick despatch, while made-to-order configurations take a few weeks. We confirm the exact timing with your quote.
Yes. Delivery includes setting the chamber up in your room, connecting the compressor and oxygen concentrator, and running a guided first session so you are comfortable using it.
A soft chamber needs only a spare corner, while the larger rigid and multiplace models need more floor area and clearance. They run on a standard mains supply through the compressor and concentrator. We check your room fits before you order.
The rigid steel range carries up to a three-year warranty covering the chamber and its main components. Soft chambers carry the standard manufacturer warranty. Full terms come with your quote.
